Thai Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk!

I would toss the splashes and my wife, Evelyn, would click the shutter. Together we made a team! Yes, I covered everything with plastic sheeting, but it leaked anyways. Just more fun! Shaina Lipsey in Ottawa made the ceramic cup which became sort of “magical” with the splashes.
